Yes, we use bank-level encryption and are GDPR compliant. Your invoices are never stored permanently.

What counts as a parse?

Each PDF invoice you upload and process counts as one parse. Failed uploads don't count against your limit.

1. Service and provider

These terms govern the use of auwo invoices at invoices.auwo.ai: a free tool that reads PDF invoices, shows the extracted data and exports it to Excel, XML and the Bulgarian NAP format (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Vaklin Stoynovski, Burgas, Bulgaria, under the auwo brand. Contact: audit@auwo.ai.

2. Price and limits

The Service is free. There are no paid plans and we collect no payment details.
Without an account: up to 2 invoices a month. With a free account: up to 30 a month and up to 10 at once.
We may change the limits to keep the Service available to everyone. The current limits are shown in the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Upload only documents you have the right to process.
Do not upload unlawful content or content that violates third-party rights.
Do not circumvent limits, overload the system or test its security without permission.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the documents you upload and for having a legal basis to process them.
You keep all rights to your content. We use it only to provide the Service.
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Output and accuracy

Reading is automated and may contain errors, especially with unclear scans. Check results before using them in accounting, reporting or legal contexts.

6. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design and the auwo brand belong to the provider or the respective rights holders. You receive only the rights needed to use the Service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or losses arising from reliance on the extracted data. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for breach of these terms, abuse, or where the law requires.

10. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court, unless the law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The current version and its date are always on this page.
