Cookie Policy
In short: we use only the cookies and browser storage the Service cannot work without. We have no advertising or tracking cookies, so we show no consent banner.
1. What cookies are
Small text files a website stores in your browser. A similar technology is localStorage: entries that stay on your device only and are not sent to the server.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These need no consent, because the Service does not work without them.
- np_gid: a random identifier used to count free invoices for visitors without an account. Lifetime: 7 days.
- Clerk cookies (e.g.
__session,__client_uat, and cookies on clerk.invoices.auwo.ai): keep you signed in. Set when you sign in or are signed in. Lifetime: while you are signed in; the supporting cookies last up to about a year.
3. Browser storage (localStorage)
- inv_lang: your language (BG/EN).
- inv_theme: your theme (dark/light).
- pendingJobs, currentJobId: unfinished uploads, so you don’t lose the result if you reload the page.
These stay until you clear them in your browser settings.
4. Cookieless statistics
Vercel Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without recognising individual visitors.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, sign-in and the free-invoice count will not work.
6. Contact and changes
Questions: audit@auwo.ai. More about personal data is in the Privacy Policy. We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
